About this app

Payment for housing and communal services, intercom, communications and other services, as well as the transfer of meter readings without leaving home!
In the Rent+ mobile app, you can:
1. Pay for all types of utility services: electricity, water, garbage collection, intercom, overhaul fees, etc.
2. Pay for other types of services: kindergarten (payment for food and fees to the board of trustees), school meals or university education, taxes, traffic police fines, state duties, communication services, Internet, fees for a summer cottage and much more
3. Submit meter readings and receive a single payment document (available after the service is activated by your service organization in the City System)
4. Pay for a group of services at a time
5. Pay for services at several addresses
6. Link multiple cards for payment
7. Save or delete paid service templates
8. View transaction history, save payment receipts or send by email
9. Receive on the phone number entered during registration, reminders of payment of charges, transfer of meter readings, information about planned technical work and other important news.
Payment is possible with MIR, Visa, Mastercard or Maestro cards of Russian banks. A secure connection is used to enter card data and pay. Payment services are provided by RNCO "Payment Center" (LLC).
How to enter the Mobile application?
To enter the Mobile Application, you need to register using your mobile phone number or enter your account details of the Payment Cabinet of the Federal System "City" (pay.kvartplata.ru).
How to find a service?
In the "Catalogue" section, select the appropriate search option: by name, address, Unified personal account or QR code.
Didn't find a utility service?
Enter "Utilities payment by receipt" in the search bar, fill out the form and make a payment.
The mobile application "Rent+" can be downloaded and used from anywhere in the world (age category 6+). The services of suppliers operating in 83 regions of the Russian Federation are available for payment.

Перестало работать приложение. При запуске показывает "в работе приложения произошла ошибка, перезапустите приложение". При перезапуске то же самое. Обновление приложения тоже не помогло. Почините приложение, пожалуйста, нормально же все было

What's new

- Отправляйте обращения поставщику услуг прямо из приложения! Если поставщик подключен к сервису, вы увидите кнопку «Кабинет» рядом с адресом. Нажмите на неё и выберите вкладку «Заявки» для составления обращения.
- Добавили улучшения для приятного и комфортного пользования приложением.
