Only allows credit card payment options. Takes forever to show nearby stations. GPS doesn't update as you move, so you need to shut the app and reopen it so it registers that you're near a station. And if you managed to jump all the hoops you can rent one of the least comfortable bikes on the planet. Pray you have a spot at the next station to return them or you're stuck.

Biggest disappointment of our night, so rude to take my money without being able to unlock any bike and giving me a counter when the bike is stuck to the magnet lock. Plus how frustrsting... standing there with locked bike and not being able to end the "ride" that didn't happen. Are you kidding me? People should avoid this joke. You know very good how to take money first without making sure your costumers got your "service". I'll be sure to cancel this from my credit card, I didn't ride at all.

Terrible app. It's clear whoever translated it to English doesn't actually speak English. The bikes themselves are heavy, have bad breaks, jerky acceleration, and bad ride quality overall. Next time I'll take the bus.
