I try to log on at least once a week to balance my checkbook and more than half the time I get an error message of some kind. When I can actually log on it's a very useful app. I can check on my purchases and transfer money from one account to another. This has been very helpful on many occasions, when I'm actually able to log on. Very frustrating. *update: After many years, the app is finally very useful. From 1 star to 4. Still can't upload checks to account. Have to go to bank for deposits.

Unpredictable. That's the best word to describe this app. I will be switching banks soon because of how bad the app handles on my phone. Randomly you will go on the app and an "Attention" popup stops you from logging in and seeing any of your information and will eventually go away, sometimes days later. Other times that popup will happen and not go away, because you apparently need to change your password again, but instead of telling you that and providing a way to do it, you get locked out.

The recent update ruined the interface!!!!! Using the new update is frustrating & maddening!!!! REALLY DISLIKE THE LATEST UPDATE!!!! Previous version payment option for loans was soooooooo much better!!!! Please go back to previous version!!! Also do not like leaving the app to go to webpage for statement viewing!!!!
