This app is painfully slow. Click ANY choice and you're guaranteed a 15 or 20 second wait while that choice Loads. Even scrolling down three or four pages is a tedious ordeal. When you have to click 6 or 7 options to get the info you're after that can add up to 5 minutes of time watching the timer spin. The desktop site is no better. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE ๐Ÿ˜ก in 2019 ๐Ÿ‘Ž

Joke of an app. It won't open and my phone times out several times while waiting. If you're going to have an app for homeowners to interface with their HOA, how about building one that actually works in a manner with having? It shouldn't take as long as it does for the app to open. Edit: My phone is fully up to date and no system updates are available. Try again.

Hello, if the information coming through is correct you are using an LG V30 on Android 9. Can you try updating to Android 10 and let us know if that helps? Thanks!

The app is fine when it works, which it rarely does. Everytime I login to the app, it asks me to set up a new property and I can't skip/close the screen. I can't actually access the property that I've already added because I can't close the screen and I can't reenter my property again (error about the property already being claimed).

Nick, I am sorry to see that you are having difficulty. I believe I have located you behind the scenes and everything appears to be setup properly. When you use your web browser and go to https://portal.connectresident.com are you having the same experience or is everything working properly there?
