After installing the new app, once the introduction screen is viewed I clicked on 'done'. It asked to give permission to contacts and SMS. I accepted. After that it's not proceeding to any screen. For hours and hours I waited, still not proceeding further. It's been same from past few months. Not sure why it is happening. Very bad experience I am facing with this app.

Kindly follow below steps to make necessary changes in your Redmi Note 7 mobile to make financial app work fine.
1.In Redmi note 7 main menu navigate to security app(available in More apps)
2.Around middle right side of the screen, select security scan.
3.If not done before, Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
4.Wait for the scan to be completed.

The latest updated IOB Mobile takes little more time to open than before . It displays a blank screen for some time and then shows the account details . The problem of blank screen still appears . It takes a longer time to display the details . Iob Mobile is an excellent app . Excellent app for quick account details. Very nice app . Gives quick results . Very quick and useful app. Very excellent app .

It's a bloody useless app by IOB, becuase while I am logging in, it shows the error your mobile no is linked with more than account, not able to login. Kindly contact branch. There is no one use of this app. I think the solution is, the app should ask the customer to pls select the account which you want to login. I hope IOB will rectify the issue sooner.
