There is something wrong with the app. I have taken 10 pictures of a check to deposit (I know how to do it) and the app says try again. My images are clear, all 4 corners are visible. I have already written on the check "for mobile deposit only". So I called the help center. I was trying to use a white check on a white background. Christie suggested I try a colored background to provide contrast. That worked. If it happens to you, change your background. Yay!!

This app used to be mediocre, but tolerable. However, as Android has continued to receive updates, this app has not. As of time of this writing, it's been over 2 years since last update, which is abysmal. Besides the fact that that it's likely a security issue, it's become completely non functional on my device running Android 9. If a financial institution is going to try and play with modern mobile devices, they need to make more than minimal effort to do so. Having an app that performs this poorly is just embarrassing and shouldn't even be available for download.

App has a lot of issues on showing correct data. New update now says no internet connection yet I do. Bad issue. Was told to Uninstall it and reinstall it does not work. Developers need to do a better job I have newest android on a Samsung a32. When I clear cache and retype my info in it works one time and messes up. Not going to keep doing that fix this issue I need this app.
