Review updated in 3/31/2022: Still not up to par. Now I can't even get this app to work consistently for a few months. Always a glitch or login issue. Time to go. Sorry, but this is so inconvenient for online banking. 3/2/20: It has not been user friendly since my membership and now the deposit check option says a 2 day wait AFTER you do the deposit, not before. This is still not up to par with your competition.

This app stopped working for me before the mobile app update in November. I reinstalled it after the update and it still doesn't work. All I see is the login screen and every item on it is completely unresponsive - can't type in my credentials and can't even get to a different page of the app to get other info like branch locations. Very disappointed and considering switching banks over this because mobile banking is a must- have.pp

This mobile app by far is one of the best - and I don't just mean in financial apps but in all kinds of apps. It has had zero glitches for me between very old phones, tablets, pcs and even the very latest. The security steps are phenominal and it just works ALL OF THE TIME. If I had a wish - it would be for mobile deposits to be added. And last thing ... I'm a pretty critical customer - just Ask Grant Ab... at the credit union .. he knows. And this APP? Beats all of them I've ever used!
