With it, clients can manage their procedures and inquiries, such as: paying monthly loan installments with a debit or credit card (Visa/Mastercard), checking balances, payment history and account statements, calculating loan installments, information on financing lines and programs, learning about the availability of new and repossessed homes, tracking the status of loan applications, filing insurance claims, and accessing banking branches and authorized payment locations, among other services.

La app no funciona desde Noviembre 25, siempre dice "Error procesando datos del servidor" increíble más de 3 meses con la misma falla, y sí ya probé en línea sin embargo si tienen una App para facilitar el funcionamiento del servicio lo mínimo es que funcione correctamente y no mandar a utilizar el sitio web

Aplicación más mala, no guarda el usuario, quiero logearme y sale usuario no encontrado (usando mis credenciales) una eternidad para cargar.

Esa aplicación no sirve, no carga Comente el 2023, regreso 2025 para decirles que esta basura sigue sin funcionar 🙄

Puede ingresar nuevamente, ya que se ha reestablecido el servicio con normalidad o puede indicarnos que error le da.
