Ratings and reviews

No option to sort or order saved restaurants, when I search by city name I do not get my favourites at the top. When trying to leave a review, I tried to select a part of the text I typed in the textbox (I wanted to delete a bit), it sent me back to the start of the review process and didn't save my typed review (it was long). The saving grace for this service is that a lot of the better restaurants in my area are connected and that the map function is beautifully done.

Booked the restaurant without an issue... but although it took the money for reservation, the booking is not on the app. What is the point of an app that should store all your bookings that don't show booked tables? I don't even know if it was actually reserved, and I should probably call the restaurant (only more hassle). I emailed the customer service, and I hope for the resolution, but the first experience is very bad 😞

Would not recommend this app for quick options and reservations. A restaurant had their kitchen closed whilst zen chef offered them as an option, we found out when we got there, so that was super misleading. We went to their neighbour that did still serve, and they were not an option on zen chef. 0/5
