FT2 Merchant is the partner-side companion app for FT2 Interior Design's voucher rewards programme. Built for FT2 partner outlets, it gives you everything you need to accept FT2 customer vouchers, manage your menu, and get paid — all in one place.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Scan a customer's voucher QR code with your device camera. Redemption happens on the spot — no codes to type.

• Build the order in seconds. After a successful scan, pick items from your menu and confirm the receipt amount.

• See today's claims and total redeemed value at a glance on your merchant home dashboard.

• Manage your full menu directly in the app — add items, set prices and categories, toggle availability when stock runs out.

• Open Reports to view charts of your sales and redemption activity over time.

• Review your claimed redemption history and request a cashout when your balance is ready.

• Pick a membership tier and upgrade your subscription when your business is ready to grow.

• Stay on top of merchant events with push notifications and an in-app inbox.

GETTING STARTED

Sign in with your registered mobile number and an OTP code. You will land on the merchant home dashboard, with a five-tab bottom nav: Home, Menu, Scan QR (the centre button — your main action), Reports, and Profile.

HOW IT FITS THE FT2 ECOSYSTEM

FT2 Interior Design issues vouchers to homeowners and their interior designers as rewards on the consultation and renovation journey. As an FT2 partner outlet, your app is where those vouchers come home: a customer arrives, shows their FT2 QR code, you scan, you select what they are getting, and the redemption is recorded against your subscription.

During your trial period, every redemption credits your payout balance. When you are ready, request a cashout via PayNow and our team will process it after review.
