It doesn't work. The app asks for last name and SSN to start and it is unable to match the records. Checked and double-checked, it just doesn't work while the website does work fine on a desktop browser.

Not all that functional. And, you can't print or copy screen. You have to guess your navigation through the maze and does not have specific features.

Clicking on "check refund status" goes to a "There’s a problem" page (basically a custom 404); so, pretty pointless app seeing as how half of its functionality is broken
