can't even call a taxi at usual hot spots because it can't determine my location. tried at other places and still no location detection. especially unreliable if you work nigjt shifts. The one time I was able to was 2 yrs ago and that taxi ended up taking 20 to 30 minutes to show. You're better off walking the whole way, finding a usual parking spot, or get a friend that has a car

The exchange taxi number now prompts to use this useless app. The local bus terminal does not have node on the map. The building next door is listed as a restricted area despite having a dedicated taxi lane. When I was finally able to drag my luggage to a request point all I got was "you will be contacted in five minutes" and after 20 minutes I was no closer to knowing if my taxi would ever come.

Whoever updated this apps most recent software (July 2026) needs fired. I am not getting a taxi at my current location I will move to a more central location & call for a cab at my new location. Now I have to wait the full 6 min or cancel & timeout the app for 5 minutes as a penalty. Easy wait out the 6 to avoid a penalty & move closer to recall oh wait 30 seconds left it gets accepted now its a no-show & you still get the penalty 5 minutes. God forbid the app freezes & cancels like it did 2 me
