Rights is an offline directory that contains popular normative acts of Ukraine.
The source of normative acts is https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws, in the program all normative acts have a link to the original source. All content is available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license unless otherwise noted.

The program provides Laws, Codes, Road Traffic Regulations, Resolutions, Decrees, Orders and many other useful information such as stories, tables of fines, fines for traffic road violations, emergency telephones and more without connecting to the Internet and for free!
