I'm a very experienced gamer and finished a few match 3s. I didn't win a single match, including the tutorial matches, in 12 matches. Opponents scored combo and combo while I got nothing. The odd game I got a decent combo the opponent would counter with more. It's just luck, with stones falling after a match, but it's just not fun if you never win.

Enjoyed it for a while. Then got to the point where I'd get to the final round and that's when my opp suddenly gets multiple multiple extra hits and multiple massive combos all in a row to win the game, some times going from just over 100 to well over 800 or 900 the first go of the final round. This happens about 90% of the tome now. I guess people who spend money on the game are given special treatment. I'm done with this. It happens too often to just be coincidence.

The fact that it's similar to WWE Champions being a match 3 puzzle game, turn based combat and rog elements makes it perfect. I love how it plays just like the original Boxing Star game. Other than WWE Champions that has been out since 2017, I never saw another hybrid match 3 puzzle game, with fighting and rpg elements and it being turn-based combat. Games like that one and Boxing Star Match are perfect for mobile games. I wish other game developers of other franchises makes some like this.
