trouble may occur in your apartment.

Let good tenants move in to
increase your apartment’s rating.

The higher the rating,
the more rent income you earn.

■ Monster Attacks
Occasionally, monsters may
invade your apartment.

When that happens, fight them off with a gun.

You can restock ammo and upgrade your weapons
at the gun shop.
