About this game

Spot suspicious tenants. You are the landlord of an apartment.

In this apartment,
not only good people but also criminals and even monsters are mixed in.

Investigate each applicant’s background
and decide whether to let them move in.

Fill your building with good tenants
and create the best apartment possible.

■ How to Play
Check each applicant’s criteria
and determine whether they are good or bad.

More “Yes” → Higher chance they are a good person
More “No” → Possible criminal or monster

If you accidentally let in a dangerous tenant,
trouble may occur in your apartment.

■ Apartment Reviews
Let good tenants move in to
increase your apartment’s rating.

The higher the rating,
the more rent income you earn.

■ Monster Attacks
Occasionally, monsters may
invade your apartment.

When that happens, fight them off with a gun.

You can restock ammo and upgrade your weapons
at the gun shop.

■ Game Features
・A deduction game where you identify suspicious tenants
・Story-driven interactions with visitors
・Test your judgment in spotting good vs. bad people
・Increase ratings to boost rental income
・Action elements where you fight off monsters

Become the ultimate landlord and take over every apartment in the city!

This game is a fun idea, and I like the characters and art style, but too many ads and bugs make playing it irritating. The optional ads for upgrades or cash are perfect, but coupled with the ads before every monster and after each interaction means you spend more time watching ads than playing the game. Often the checkboxes won't activate, too, even after confirming or denying the ID or body check. You will also sometimes lose money after letting safe tenenants in for no reason.

It's mostly fun and interesting, but there are a lot of bugs, and a lot of inconsistencies. What bothers me the most is characters will have doppelgangers but you can't always comment on it or investigate it even if you let the original move in before. The translation also isn't great and sometimes it doesn't give the option to ask for a phone number.

Clever! I really enjoyed the gameplay style, and getting a chance to actually converse with the prospective tennants is fun and interesting (even though the translation into English is still a little rough). I was initially put off when the game asked for rating and played an ad after the very first interview, before I could even really figure out to play! But I took a chance & paid to turn off the ads, and I'm glad I did! I've finished the main island and am eagerly awaiting the new update :)
