Farmery Farm Fresh Cow's Milk is an honest attempt to serve nutritious, chemical-free and preservative-free milk.It's an equivalent of serving fresh whole milk from your own farm while being present in an urban living

Our brand stands for providing really good quality farm fresh food. We ensure that our food products do not have presence of any harmful substance which are widely present in our food today. We conduct strict quality tests through FSSAI accredited laboratories to ensure that there are no traces of any pesticides, chemicals or preservatives in our food products.

Farmery App helps you to manage your subscriptions- Quantity alterations for next 15 days, temporary suspension and reactivation. You can also view your monthly subscription invoices and pay via multiple payment options.

App Features:
- Order Trials: View our subscription products and order your trials
- Subscription Management: Modifying quantities and dates for next 15 days, temporary suspension and reactivation.
- Delivery Calendar: View your delivery history and scheduled deliveries for next 15 days
- Invoices: All your monthly invoices and their payment status are available for reference
- Payments: Pay with card, net banking, PayU or choose to pay in cash at the time of delivery
- Purity meter: Know daily test data of your milk

Love the milk and the service Quality milk. My family loves it. What makes it even better is the absolutely professional service. From the delivery person to the person who answers calls at customer care, everybody on the Farmery team puts the customer first. Queries and concerns are promptly addressed. The app just got better and now it allows me to make changes to my delivery pattern real time.

Useless app - no way to cancel subscription. Once started there is no way to stop them sending their milk and pestering you with calls and texts to pay.... AVOID THE HASSLE

I have no problems with the app but inspite of repeated reminders, their milk gets delivered quite late in my society. I believe this would the be last month where I can give them a last chance, else I'll have to discontinue.

The customer service is pathetic. For resolving any issues i have to call them n number of times. The app has a lot of bugs such as the referral system doesn't ever work. Sometimes the delivery boy says lie and does not deliver the milk and the milk gets counted in the order and if I have to ask for correction then i need to call them n number of times to gets the issue resolved. If i have raised any complain on the app then there is no way i can see the status of the issue and it automatically turned to closed status and the issue does not gets resolved.

Worst Service & Unprofessional customer support! After lodging several complaints & reminders also, Milk delivery always done LATE even for Prime locations & delivery boy gives a new excuse every time. They are incapable to manage On-Time delivery! Delivery only possible in morning & that too as per Delivery boy's convenience and NOT as per customer's pre-booked time slot? Instead of 1litre, only 910ml of milk delivered in bottle for certain unknown reasons! Mobile App is Not Customer friendly as any filed Complaint/issue gets automatically resolved/closed Without actual resolution or any update to customers! Nobody would like to pay money to have so much of hassle every morning just to get 1 bottle of Milk therefore Closing down this subscription and going for more Professional & customer friendly milk supplier.

Customer service is our top priority and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. There is an option in calendar to suspend your subscription for specific period, you can also change qty of next 15 days from subscription calendar.. you can request for account settlement from feedback page for permanent closure of your account.

Dear Sir, As per our records you have taken milk 5 times from us as TRIAL using different mobile numbers. You misused both our trial discount policy and referral bonus policy. There was no intent to take subscription but only attempt to benefit through dishonest means. We are here to serve only REAL customers who support small HONEST businesses.

Arrogant customer care Pathetic service Arrogant customer care and the quantity is not exact 1 lt as the promise. It is around 910ml. That's how this company is cheating the customers. When I tried to raise this concern, they suspended my subscription. I doubt the quality of milk from such a firm

Really sorry for the inconvenience and the bad experience. We have daily checks at our processing center to control all quality parameters - this might have been an aberration - and we have put up a audit check now to weed out any such problems in the future. Your subscription was 2 days trial which automatically gets suspended after 2 days.

Amazing App to order Raw Cow Milk The app seems to be developed pretty well.I am impressed when it comes to the user interface. As far the service till now no complaints. We take milk occasionally (once or twice a week ) but its delivered to me on time always and quality has been good.
