Added 4/1 start date to the trading calendar.
You can now select the starting date as 1/1 or 4/1, so you can follow the convention.
It can be used properly.

Function (1) You can calculate the fixed capital tax prorated at the time of settlement for real estate sales.
The seller's share and the buyer's share are super easy to see at a glance!

Function (2) You can calculate the rent on a daily basis.
Just press the move-in date and enter the rent to calculate one shot.
Easily calculate the daily rent of the borrower. No multiplication or division required!
(You can also calculate the daily rate when you move out)

The real estate calendar is a calendar app that allows you to see at a glance the number of daily prorated days that occur when you settle a sale or move in and out.
