Radius Velocity is our online account management portal which gives you access to the information you need to control your fuel card costs, view your vehicle location and manage driver performance while you are on the go.

With Radius Velocity, you can:

• Cancel lost fuel cards quickly and easily
• View your PIN numbers
• Set alerts on your fuel cards based on usage criteria of your choosing
• View live vehicle locations and historical journeys
• See and manage the performance of your vehicles and drivers

Enabling services I haven't asked for on my account doesn't look professional. I don't need any fleet insights or anything like that. Besides that you can't disable these things from this app, which makes the app useless at the end of the day. If I use the card, then in recent transactions each transaction is updated very late.

Very disappointed in there telematics service, got a tracker for 1 of my vans, the fitter came and told me the the device is faulty, the fitter took the old device with him , now got hit with a 100 euro bill for not returning the old device, was told nothing can be done, I spend thousands with them every month for my diesel cards, will need to look for a new company

It's okay.. Compared to other fuel cards similar and their apps, this ISN'T as user friendly as others and does require a little bit of getting used to and exploring to become easier to use/understand. One thing I wish they would change: As soon as you login, a display of their current fuel prices, Inc VAT right on the home page of the app, and include prices with VAT in the dedicated fuel price section
