I'm not seeing the pages and they're coming up just white screen. I don't see posts when I post them. I just see replies. I don't know what is going on. This is still happening on 5/15/26. App is very slow to load. The update did not work. Especially when you can't answer polls at all due to a blank screen that doesn't load at all even after 5 minutes. I've tried 3X in one day already. PLEASE FIX. It's a wonderful community.

This is pointless if I can never redeem for my reward after getting enough points. I have tried probably 15 times and just keep getting taken to the same pages repeatedly. I contacted support and they obviously told me a lie. It's been probably a month of trying to redeem points and the last time I still couldn't. I know no system update shouldn't take this long which is what i was told was happening. Same thing after going on 2 months, I'm calling it what it is, a scam site.

This app usually works flawlessly, It is set to open automatically from email links to the surveys and community. I can also log into my account using a browser and do what needs done. I use this when the app is non responsive. This type of side hustle is good for Amazon gift card. They add up quickly, and I've participated a many or of these over the years. They're usually fun, rewarding and thought provoking. It's easy $money$, and usually will pay for most if not all of my Amazon purchases.
