When I open the app, I get a pop-up that says the icon on my home screen will be changed. I click okay/allow/whatever it says, then the app crashes completely and I can't reopen it at all whatsoever, not even from the app store. I deleted, reinstalled, and the same thing happened. Super broken right now unfortunately :( but usually a good app!

I do complete surveys but when I go to the app it doesn't show them completed. The last one that's shows completed was Jan but then before that it goes all the way back to July. I have completed others after July. I just get a blank pop up with an ok button for new surveys all the stuff in the app is old. All I can do is close it and no option to do the surveys.

I enjoy the app a lot & like being able to go to either community, since I'm a member of both. I recently earned $5 reward & it's been deducted from my total points & shows as "redeemed", however, upon clicking on my $5 reward, it stated that a catalog of reward choices would display for me to choose from. That never happened, despite multiple attempts over a couple wks of trying. Now, I have no reward & lost what I earned.
