Fuel Dispatcher is the official app for controlling and recording fuel deliveries for your distribution fleet. Designed for field operators and dispatchers, it allows you to instantly record each delivery, generate a QR code for the recipient to confirm the delivery, and view the transaction history from your phone.
RECORD RECORDING
Record each fuel delivery by indicating the vehicle, fuel type, liters delivered, and odometer reading. Optionally, add notes. The delivery is saved in the system and goes into a "pending confirmation" status until the recipient validates it.
QR CONFIRMATION CODE
After recording a delivery, the app generates a unique QR code. The driver or manager scans this code with the receiving app to confirm or cancel the delivery. This ensures traceability and that every liter is recorded with double validation.
TRANSACTION HISTORY
View all your recorded deliveries in a list with infinite scrolling and pull-to-refresh functionality. When you tap on a load, you see the complete details: status (pending, approved, or canceled), vehicle information, liters, odometer reading, and who registered or approved it. You can also view the QR code for any load again for reference or to have someone scan it if it's still pending.
CANCEL PENDING LOADS
If you registered a load by mistake or it no longer applies, you can cancel it from the details in the history (only while it's pending). The cancellation is recorded in the system.
SECURE ACCESS
Access to the app is restricted to authorized users with the Fuel Operator role. You log in with your corporate account (OpenID), and only if you have the corresponding permissions can you use all the features.
SIMPLE AND FAST DESIGN
Clear interface designed for field use: fewer steps, fewer errors. Dashboard with shortcuts to new loads, history, and pending QR codes to save time. Fuel Dispatcher integrates with FleetControl and is part of the fleet management ecosystem. Ideal for distribution companies that need to track their vehicle fuel usage with centralized reporting.
If you're having trouble accessing the system or don't see a feature, contact your organization's administrator to verify your role and permissions.
