Not at all user friendly. Constantly loses entered information. Too many steps to enter info. Can't go back to fix or change info. Self enters incorrect data. Really terrible app. Dispatchers can't fix problems or errors. You have to completely back out and start over every time.

The app is great. It manages day to day driver activities. Just amazed how they developed this app, so simple and has ton of features. I can provide every bit of information and dispatcher gets them in real time. It manages my shift elegantly.
