There are too many bugs. This application always freezes up. scanning documents freezes up the application. Can't make edits once information is in the hub. There are too many steps to input information. It's definitely not an application for drivers who have to input multiple pages for a single delivery. Overall, this application SUCKS!

The fake games you see in ads have a more user friendly UI than this does. Smoke signals and an abacus would be a better solution than this.

Not at all user friendly. Constantly loses entered information. Too many steps to enter info. Can't go back to fix or change info. Self enters incorrect data. Really terrible app. Dispatchers can't fix problems or errors. You have to completely back out and start over every time.
