About this app

Print Utility is a free app that realizes a "portable MFD UI panel" for smartphones and tablets to perform basic Copy, Fax, Scan, and Print operations.
It contributes to the TCO reductions in offices and prevents printouts from being left unattended by setting Multiple-Up, 2 Sided, authentication information, etc. In addition, it supports encryption of IPPS, SNMPv3, allowing secure communication with multifunction devices.

・Frequently used settings can be saved in "Favorites" (up to 30 settings)
・You can send a fax or e-mail using the addresses stored in your smartphone.

Prerequisites
- MFDs or printers manufactured by Fujifilm Business Innovation must be used.
-Supported models are connected on the same network as the mobile device and LPD is enabled. Or, the supported models must be Wi-Fi Direct-enabled.
-In order to automatically recognize the supported models, Bonjour must be activated on the supported models. (If Bonjour is not available, you can print out by entering the IP address of the printing device from your mobile device.)

Notes and Restrictions
-When creating a PDF file, if all fonts used in the document are not embedded in the file, the print results are different from those displayed on the device, and characters may be garbled or overlapped.

Ratings and reviews

Dell 3115cn - Perfect Printing for my old Dell 3115cn network printer. After Dell discontinued their app, I struggled finding one that would work. One day I realized in Windows that the printer details showed as FujiFilm, it might have been under the network device details. I then searched for FujiFilm app and found this. I simply added the printer via TCIP and it works perfectly. The app even shows the device health and toner status.

I am so happy that this app exist without it I would not be able to print wirelessly from my old reliable Dell 2155cdn. It's just as capable as the old app

Good service, might be better by adding more implementation in Xerox 7556 for different size enable ment
