Somehow I must be one of the lucky few who's app has worked correctly with every update. Occasionally we have had a connection error but that was an issue with the limits of Verizon myfi hot spot and not an issue with the unit or the app. I would have given this five stars had not been for the update that limited the cooling temperature to 64 degrees. I used to be able to drop it to 62 which translated to 64 actual room temp. For the love of menopausal women everywhere...bring back 62 degrees!

Auto mode does not work via the app. If I set a temperature and mode to auto, it will only heat. Once the temp in the room goes above that set temp, the AC never kicks on. It will be 10 degrees hotter in the room than the setting, no AC. If I switch to the remote and press auto, it works perfectly. The room stays within a degree or two of the setting. So the auto mode in the unit works fine, but the app somehow doesn't work. Also, connecting for the first time was a PITA.

Watch my full review on YouTube. Just "okay" when it works but it's clear that Fujitsu know nothing about software. App is slow to load, and when home view does finally load it gives you minimal information on each unit. When you go in to unit it won't show temperature until you press a button. So dumb. But the main problem is one of my units regularly goes offline. I've tried experimenting with location of the module but the wire is so short. 👎👎👎 Might try Cielo Breez Plus instead.
