“FGLair” is an application software that enables you to operate the Fujitsu General’s air conditioner(s) with a mobile device from anywhere out of your home or when you are on traveling.

2 sets of the weekly timer can be made available, which is convenient for summer and winter respectively.

Up to 24 air conditioners can be registered.
All air conditioners in your home can be operated by a single mobile device.
It can also be operated on several owned residential properties.

In order to use the application software, you are required to prepare the following items of the Fujitsu General’s air conditioner(s) which supports the wireless LAN network connection and the 24/7 broadband Internet access as well as a wireless LAN router including WPS function.

Ratings and reviews

Works great! Took about 5 minutes to connect. I connected using manual mode. Found out I had to disconnect from my 5g wifi and connected instantly when I connected on the 2.4 ghz. FYI - It took a long time, almost 2 minutes to 'connect' or set itself up in the app. NOTE: You have to connect to the wifi on the unit 1st. I had to be about 3 feet from the unit to get it to connect. Then it seeks your wifi.

I have a central heat pump and ducted air handler. This app is unable to deal with automatic switching between heating and cooling. There is no way to set a temperature range. It also does not seem to communicate with the wired thermostat. It is also incapable of tracking usage. Ecobee is a far superior interface, but will not manage the variable stages/fan speeds properly.

Horrible app, and horrible customer service. I have emailed the support many times and never heard back regarding my questions. After struggling over and over to register my product to the app, and it would lose connection to the unit over time, making me unable to turn it on remotely. Again - customer support has been ZERO help as I've gotten no response to numerous emails
