Web Phonebook Client Software 2 (hereinafter, this application) is client software that allows you to easily and securely search for contacts from the Telephony Solution Software PBX Web Phonebook Basic Program/Appliance Web Phonebook Basic Program M (hereinafter, Web Phonebook).
You can search the company's phonebook and access functions such as phone and email from the retrieved address information, allowing you to select the appropriate communication method depending on the situation.
In addition, you can refer to your recent search history and save the search result address information as a favorite, allowing you to quickly access frequently used contacts.
Furthermore, search history and favorite information are saved on the server, and no information remains on the terminal, ensuring secure use of phonebook information.
■Features
1. Phonebook Search
You can search the Web Phonebook's common phonebook using keywords.
Also, the search results are saved as history on the server, allowing you to refer back to past search results (up to 100 searches are saved).
If the Web Phonebook has the presence function enabled, the presence status will be displayed for the address information in the details of the searched address information.
2. Favorites Management
You can save the address information searched in the phonebook search as a favorite.
Saved address information is listed and can be sorted or deleted.
3. Call History Display
Displays a list of call history information managed on the server.
4. My Phonebook Management
Displays a list of information in My Phonebook managed on the server.
You can also register, edit, and delete its contents.
5. Communication App Integration
By clicking on the phone number or E-mail address of the referenced address information, you can call up applications with phone or E-mail functions installed on your device.
6. Data Server Management
Search history, favorites, call history, and My Phonebook information are stored on the server, and no information remains on the device, allowing for secure use of phonebook information.
