About this app

This app offers features such as a "Weekly Timer" function (compatible models only) that allows you to set operating settings according to your daily routine, and a function to notify you if you forget to turn off the air conditioner (compatible models only). Smartphone-specific features are also available.

To use this app, you need a compatible General-brand room air conditioner, a General-brand wireless LAN adapter, a constantly connected broadband internet connection, and a WPS-compatible wireless LAN router (access point).

3) Air conditioner status notification
* Notifies registered users when the air conditioner starts/stops operation.
* Automatically stops if the air conditioner is left on without operation, or notifies if it continues to operate unattended (*6)
* Notifies about air conditioner cleaning information and malfunction information.
* Notifies about operation suggestions from AI (*5)

*1 When there is an operation suggestion from AI, you will be notified by push notification or icon display.
* On timer reservation and operation start suggestion tailored to your lifestyle.
* Automatic heating sterilization and automatic internal cleaning when no one is in the room.

■Caution

・Depending on the state of the connected network and the equipment being used, it may not be possible to operate the air conditioner. For example, if you leave the house with the air conditioner running and the communication line fails, you will not be able to stop the air conditioner.

・When operating the air conditioner from a smartphone, you cannot check the status of the air conditioner, its surroundings, or people in the room. Please check thoroughly beforehand. In some cases, this may lead to loss of life or damage to property.

・Due to the nature of this service, the service usage history, access history, model number, serial number, power consumption, usage time, usage pattern, failure history, registration information (postal code, location of the equipment used),
and the firmware version and operation history of the equipment used, wireless LAN connection adapter, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "history information") will be acquired on the server. We may use the acquired history information for the development and improvement of new services.

・This app is free to use, but internet communication charges such as download and server access are the responsibility of the customer.
