About this app

This application is a troubleshooting tool for FUJITSU GENERAL Air Conditioners (RAC/PAC, VRF) * , Wireless LAN Adaptor and Air To Water.
It helps you to check air conditioner condition.
Error code check, troubleshooting and sensors check are available.
*: Applicable to RAC/PAC models with new serial communication method(4th digit of model code is "G" or "H" for example AS*"G"--, or AU*"H"--).
Models with old serial communication method are not applicable(some models support).
For VRF, models V-II, J-II or later are applicable.

Note: When using Android 9 or later, the refresh interval of the Wifi analyzer will be delayed.

Please guys don't buy their AC, they are very expensive but their service is also too bad. They i am waiting from last 3 days to get my ac installed but they haven't send any of the person yet. Their customer support really very unprofessional, their staff is very unprofessional. Please if you don't wanna face such issue, so please go with some other brands, really horrible service

No pdfs addached or downloaded. Good if you want to check code number and short description, disappointing that when clicking on fault description it only displays a blank pdf, no troubleshooting/service information

hey there.. sorry to say but your app don't work properly. According to your app the fault for error code 3-2 should have been in the indoor unit's PCB but your so called technician took the outdoor unit's PCB. And guess what my ac is now working not so fine and my inverter ac has been converted to normal ac as the variable aspect of condensor's speed is gone. Now it turns off and on like in any normal ac. Kudos to your work.
