About this app

PermitEyes Health Inspection is an application for Health Inspectors out in the field on the site to record the inspections on behalf of the Health Department of any town. The inspections are related to permits applied by applicants for their establishment in the town through their website. These inspections are recorded on Ipad/Tablet and uploaded to PermitEyes Software by the inspectors. Inspectors schedule their inspection on PermitEyes (cloud based software) using a web browser but the schedules are downloaded on this app. The Inspection records entries on this app are uploaded back to PermitEyes (cloud based software). The records uploaded to the PermitEyes include the signature of the owner of the establishment or person in charge at the establishment and images of items inspected, list of violations and checklist of items checked.
