The ESMAL BONUS mobile application has three basic functions.
1. Inform B2B customers and manufacturer's employees about product details of ESMAL products (by scanning the QR code placed on the ESMAL product packaging into the ESMAL BONUS application, the customer will display information such as product production date, product production batch, product name, etc.
2. Provide the B2B customer with the opportunity to participate in the ESMAL loyalty program. By purchasing ESMAL products and scanning their QR codes into the ESMAL BONUS application, the customer earns points for which he can exchange rewards.
3. Provide B2C customers with the opportunity to participate in consumer competition. By purchasing ESMAL products and scanning their QR codes into the ESMAL BONUS application, the customer will participate in a consumer competition.
The access of users to individual parts of the ESMAL BONUS mobile application is decided by the login data and the rights assigned to them by the administrator. The registration and processing of points in the loyalty program as well as the registration and drawing of competitors in the seasonal competition takes place in a separate non-mobile application.
