no longer plays any sound when going off or even previewing. doesn't matter what settings I have selected. My do not disturb setting is off. tried restarting and there was no change. I've tried different ringtones, reading the label, etc. pushing play does nothing. it's just this app. I've been using it for years and now you're telling me to use another app. guess you earned the 1 star review.

theres a bug they really need to fix, my alarm was going off, I had accidentally backed out of the pop up challenge to turn it off and couldnt get that back, went into the app and couldnt get the pop up challenge to open, turned the alarm off manually from my list of alarms, but it was still blaring, only way I could make it shut up was to delete the app, but when I re-downloaded it, there was no way to recover literal years of work setting up all my alarms. gave it a second shot, happened again

I love this app, it has helped me wake up for years. It's cute and fun, the ads are noninvasive, and the challenges help me out a lot. However, today it had the strangest bug: I have it set to do voice recognition for one of the steps, but today the microphone just wouldn't activate. Restarting my phone didn't work, so I reinstalled the app. Now on the reinstall, when I add the voice recognition step, it displays an error about being unable to find the service. A permissions issue, maybe?
