How does it work?

Fundeen is a FinTech that was born in 2017 to democratize investment in renewables and to collectively promote sustainable and positive projects for the environment. All the opportunities published on the platform are previously evaluated at a technical, financial and legal level by a team of experts, but it is the users who decide how much and where to invest, with all the project documentation at their disposal. Neither opacity nor small print. Investing in renewable energy has never been so easy.

When a project is financed through Fundeen, a vehicle company (SPV) is created to manage the assets and the investors are made with a share proportional to the capital they have contributed. When the installation starts up, the economic benefits derived from the sale of energy are distributed among the investors in the form of dividends and, on average, they obtain a return of 7% APR.

Faced with the instability of financial markets and the unproductiveness of other traditional investment products, such as government bonds, which barely offer 1.4% at 30 years, the profitability of renewables even exceeds double digits. These types of investments, which are real and tangible assets, are less vulnerable to the panic of the parquet and generate more stable and predictable flows over time. In other words: they are less volatile and represent a great alternative to diversify your investment portfolio.
