Writing review here after two months of subscription. It was really horrible experience. My interest in this app arises just because of big Name of Kotak as I am happily using other products like kotak banking, kotak security, cr card etc. But I think Kotak has just acquired this company but still not at the standard level. I am not getting any solution from RM provided. Whenever I raise any concern only answer I get it's issue from BSE or CAMS. Giving 1 star as there is no option of less thn 1.

As with any new product or service, teething issues were there, but fund expert has always been super responsive and always gone the extra mile to correct the errors and provided a solution. All in all a one stop shop for mutual fund investments and portfolio monitoring- both for clients and advisors. Look forward to onboarding all my customers..keep up the good work Vinod and team!!

Excellent application and its services.. The onboarding process is very smooth. The reponse time to use any of the functionalities is very less. The support team Sobha, Maruti and Farha are great. They always help us whenever we need them and are very proactive in issue resolutions. They always think from partners perspective and provide solution that suits us.
