This app is resourceful and gives information but the free subscription appears to be false because for free you ask for premium membership which fees. How free is this?

App keeps closing when I click on 'Notification". Secondly, there is no option to filter for specific opportunities. Finally, PDF Documents cannot be read via the App. One has to download first. Fix it so I can give full star.

I had enjoying using this application, and I got so much clear and concrete information. It has too many directions and guidance towards learning and teaching hamanitarian principles.
