Fundy is a simple, collaborative app for managing shared funds among friends, family, groups, and communities.
Organizing money among several people shouldn't mean getting lost in WhatsApp messages, notes, spreadsheets, and accounts that no one knows if they're up to date.
Create a fund, add the participants, and track everything that happens with the money. Everyone can see the same fund status and easily understand how much money is in it, who has contributed, and where it's stored.

Fundy adapts to many types of groups and situations:

You can also define a goal and a suggested contribution to make organizing even easier.
ALL THE MONEY, CLEARLY
Every transaction is recorded in Fundy.
Add:
• Contributions: when someone adds money to the fund.
• Expenses: when money is used from the fund.
• Transfers: when money moves from one place to another.
• Adjustments: to correct discrepancies and reflect the actual situation.
You can use tags to categorize transactions and keep the fund's activity organized.
WHERE IS THE MONEY?
One of Fundy's key features is that it not only shows how much money the fund has, but also where it is.
You can create different locations to indicate where the money is, for example:
• In a bank account
• In cash
• With a person
• Anywhere else you need
This way, you can see that your fund has €600, but also that €400 is in the bank, €150 in cash, and €50 is being held by a group member.
Transfers allow you to move money between these accounts without changing the total fund balance.
DESIGNED FOR REAL GROUPS
Not everyone wants to manage the finances.
With Fundy, one person can keep the fund updated while everyone else simply views it. You can also distribute responsibilities using different roles.
Administrators can set up the fund and manage members. Contributors can help record and keep transactions up to date. Members can participate and record their own transactions, and there's also a read-only mode.
You can even add people to the fund who don't have a Fundy account. Their contributions and expenses can still be recorded so the accounts represent the entire group.

When someone joins the fund, they can view their information and participate according to their assigned role. You can also create a member within the fund beforehand and link them later when they decide to use Fundy.
