UploadReady fixes the file before the upload fails: compress a photo to a size limit, resize an image to exact dimensions, turn photos into one PDF, or reduce a PDF's size — then check the result against the rules you were given.
Four things it does well
- Compress a photo to a size limit such as 500 KB, keeping the best quality that fits. The app shows the measured size and how much smaller it is.
- Resize a photo to exact dimensions or a maximum size — with cropping or borders when the shape does not match. It never stretches your image.
- Turn photos into one PDF, in the order you arrange, on A4, Letter or image-sized pages.
- Compress a PDF while keeping its text, pages and layout, and prepare pages (reorder, rotate, remove, extract a range).
Everything is checked after it is made
UploadReady measures the file it actually produced: size in bytes, real format, decoded dimensions, page count and combined batch totals. Each requirement you entered is reported as meets, does not meet, not checked or needs your review — and whether a photo reads well is always your call.
Private by design
- Photos and documents are processed on your device. Nothing is uploaded.
- No account, no sign-up, no cloud storage, no AI service.
- Exports have GPS location data removed by default.
- No ads and no watermarks, ever.

- Password-protected documents are supported; the password is never stored.
- Digitally signed documents are detected, and you are warned before a modified copy is made.
- Your original file is never changed: saving always writes a new copy.
