About this app

Quantos is accounts receivable and credit management for businesses that sell on credit. This app connects to your organization's Quantos account.

For your team
• Today: the customers to call, promises due, broken promises and follow-ups, most urgent first.
• Customers: balances by age, credit limit, payment score, contacts, open invoices, promises, disputes and notes. Call or email in one tap.
• Record calls, notes, promises to pay and payments you received at the bank. Quantos records payments; it never moves money.
• Credit applications: review the business details and each step, then approve or decline. Large limits can require a second approver.
• Support tickets: read the conversation, reply to the customer or add a team note, assign and resolve.
• Notifications when something changes, without customer details on the lock screen.

For your customers
• Sign in with a one-time email link or with Apple.
• See open invoices, recent payments, credits and how to pay.
• Tell the business when you will pay, or report a problem with an invoice.

Security
• App lock with fingerprint, face or screen lock, passkeys and two-step sign-in.
• Each organization sees only its own data, hosted in Canada.

In English and French. Staff need a Quantos account from their organization. Customers sign in with the email the business has on file.
