Ratings and reviews

Using a brand new Pixel 10, it doesn't display the button to pay rent. It allows me to select my account to pay from, but the black "Pay" button does not appear, making it impossible to use to pay rent. Recommend a website version that tenants can login into to play rent, since Apps are so glitchy and inconsistent across different devices. Its insane to make something as important to rent subject to an app working perfectly. I'll edit my rating if you can get this fixed.

it always has errors and is very frustrating as it always happens when rent is due. if it is working it is always connected to other 3rd parties for the actual payment whose sites also have the same errors or bugs.

I'm trying to download my lead documents but the app is only downloading the files as .gpx which is not recognized by android. on top of that it's not like I can log in on a computer and try and get my documents either.
