‘Civil-Control Line Pass Access’ issues a mobile North Korean pass and temporary pass for regular access to residents, farming, fishing, and public affairs within the Civil Control Line of the 1st Division of Paju City.

- Provides a mobile pass that cannot be forged through a moving QR code
- Warning sound output when approaching dangerous areas such as mines within the Civilian Control Line
- In the event of a dangerous situation, the 'SOS call' function notifies the current location manager and calls a patrolman
- Receive detailed information and notifications in case of emergency
- Provide information such as user's past access history and notices

[Details of required access rights]
-Location: Users who are in and out of the institutional control area support the following functions by collecting location data even when the app is closed or not in use.
① For sending “Emergency Disaster Evacuation Guide” notification when an emergency occurs within a specific location within the agency control area
② Check the user's location when calling the user's SOS within the agency control area
③ Alert notification when a user within an agency control area approaches a hazardous area
④ Collection of non-received location information (or errors) within the agency control area
⑤ Check the movement route of users within the agency control area (excluding residents and resident public officials)
- Display on top of other apps: Display a danger warning screen when approaching a hazardous area within an agency control area,

Civilian Control Line access is supported starting from Android OS 5.0 or higher.
