The game is really nice, but I seem to have encountered a game breaking bug. I clicked on one of the chapter quests, I get a pop up telling me the map of Avalon is not unlocked, and I cannot do anything else. I bought some of the packs as well so this is extremely disappointing. I can also not request in game support because I cannot do anything.

The game started off well and I really enjoyed it, then it fell into the typical p2p bucket that most other games have fallen into, if you want to progress quickly beyond stronghold level 30 you'll need to take out a loan. The only reason its kept at 2 stars and not 1 is because the game concept is great, being able to battle and the variety of attack methods you can have with troop count strategy etc etc.

The game wouldn't so disappointing if it wasn't for the ads. The adverts depict your character building the city and creating buildings and land. In reality, the game mainly has a isometric view of your city and the cities around it, with completely different UI from the advert as well. It's deceptive to do this. The game itself is a good concept and can be fun when it's not demanding you to pay for everything. But the advertising for it is the thing that makes me not play anymore of it.
