About this app
FUORIVOLT is the app (smartphone only) that helps you monitor faults and scheduled work on the Italian electricity grid, with an interactive map, smart filters, and directions to quickly reach affected areas.
What you can do
View faults and electrical work on a map in (almost) real time.
Apply quick and advanced filters: Faults/Work, area, period, cause, estimated duration, province/region.
Search for an address and center the map with geocoding.
Open the event details (title, location, status, start/end, estimated duration).
Get directions from your location to the event (routing with fallback to Google Maps).
View analytics (counters and simple summaries) to understand where interventions are concentrated.
Change map layer (light/dark) and manage settings (theme, sounds, notifications).
Receive internal notifications and alerts, with a focus on Calabria (quick centering and reporting of new events in the area).
How it works
FUORIVOLT displays events made available by public services on a map and updates them periodically. If you request a route, the app uses your location to calculate the route to the event (if not available, it opens Google Maps with the destination).
Why smartphone only?
The interface is designed mobile-first to be fast, simple, and optimized for touch. On large screens, the app displays a message inviting you to open it from your phone.
Privacy and permissions
No account. No advertising.
Location is only used when you request directions; it is not saved by the app.
Theme/sounds/notifications are stored only on the device (locale preferences).
