Battery Meter started from a very simple question.
“They said it was a 100W cable… why is it so slow?”
There are times when the specs look good, but the actual charging speed is frustratingly slow. I created this app because I wanted to check right on my phone whether the new cable was defective, if the charger or port combination was the problem, or if the advertising claims were just exaggerated.
Battery Meter is an app that quickly displays the status of your device right now while it is charging.
On supported devices, you can check the following information:
- Battery Level
- Charging Status
- Voltage
- Temperature
- Current
- Power Estimate
- Device Info
The important thing is that “where to view it” must also be convenient.
Battery Meter can be viewed while the app is open, displayed as Picture-in-Picture (PiP), or checked directly on the home screen as a widget.
That is why it is particularly well-suited for situations like this.
- When you want to check if your newly purchased charging cable is working properly
- When charging is unusually slow and you have no idea what the problem is
- When you want to compare different combinations of cable, charger, and port to see the difference
- When you want to keep checking the charging status while playing games or watching videos
Key Features
- Real-time battery and charging status check
- PiP support
- Home screen widget support
- Displays battery information supported by the device
- One-time ad removal purchase and purchase restoration support
Rather than being an app that performs elaborate battery analysis, Battery Meter is an app designed to help you quickly check if your device is charging properly.
Turn it on when you think, “Something feels off about this cable.”
Note
- Displayed information may vary depending on the device manufacturer and Android version.
- On some devices, values such as current, power, and temperature may be provided with limitations.
