- There are no streaks and no celebration effects
- There is a quick way to reach a phone number you have set, and the emergency number, for when it is needed
- Made to be safe to use
- Everything stays inside this device only (nothing is sent anywhere)
- No ads
- Every feature is free
- This app is not a medical device. It is not intended for treatment or diagnosis; it shows you words you have chosen. If difficult feelings continue, or in an emergency, please contact a medical provider or your local emergency number
Who it is for
- Your chest gets tight and you do not know what to do
- When you feel anxious, you want to quietly read a few short words
- You want words that hold you up, kept ready in advance
- You prefer a quiet app with no notifications and no celebrations
- You want an important number, or where you keep your medication, within quick reach
Cards that come with the app
Eight basic cards are included, such as "Breathing together", "Where you are now", "5-4-3-2-1" and "A sip of water". You can bring them back at any time with "Restore the basic cards".
Making your own cards
- Create one from a template, from your own words, or as a "medication spot" note
- Cards can be reordered, edited and deleted
- The medication note is for jotting down where you keep it
Record (optional)
- After a card, you can mark "I used this" and add a short note. Both are optional
- A quiet look back, such as "This week, you settled yourself 3 times"
Contacts and helplines
- Save a name and phone number, and one button calls them
- There is also a button to call the emergency number
- In the Japanese interface the app also lists Japanese helplines. In other languages it suggests your local emergency number and a local helpline
Handy settings
- App lock: asks for authentication when you open the app, using the screen lock set up on your device (fingerprint, face, PIN or passcode). It needs a lock to be set on the device
- Back up and restore your data
- Switch language (Japanese, English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, Vietnamese and Chinese)
- A one-time optional way to support the maker sits deep in settings. It never locks anything
