Edited: I've tried logging in again and it now works. Prior to this I started to get alerts but I couldn't view the app. As it stands it seems to be working so it's all good. --- original review below ---- Doesn't let me log in using credentials which work on all my computers. Asks me to reset password. I try this and it says passwords do not match criteria. I've set passwords for desktop version with same restrictions with no problems. I'm using this with an S7 Edge on Android v7. Unfortunately need this for work or I wouldn't be bothered at all.

Thank you for raising this issue. As far as we can see, this isn't affecting other users. We would suggest contacting whoever is managing support for the platform in your company who will be able to assist you further.

The app will not show notifications and if I go to settings the notification toggle will not switch to being on so I do not get any notifications when new messages are put on, it used to work fine previously so no doubt due to your latest update. Fix this

Very Basic from a company perspective it takes a long time to load and only provides a bare bones experience. You would be better just providing us with a web portal than try to create a mobile experience...

What's new

We have deployed our new login and password reset screen for the Android version of our mobile app, which makes it easier for you to sign in and reset your password on the mobile app. This is disabled by default and will only be available after being enabled on your platform.

We have changed the loader on the search screen in both the iOS and Android versions of the mobile app to improve the user experience.
