On Android 9 cannot register. No instructions how to register. App appears to have several bugs. Design is not functional. cannot find in play store. *UPDATE* Since calling the Credit Union, and attempting to register several times over the phone (it crashed multiple times), I managed to get registered. I pointed out two things I hope the developers will take notice of: (1) it is not possible to download the app from an overseas location; and (2) the instruction to "enter secure code" is highly ambiguous, as the "secure code" page within the app is blank. What they mean, but don't tell the user, is to go to your PC and use the VIP access or Symantec security system to generate a unique code, then enter that on the phone. Who would have guessed? In the end, it's not a bad app. I would prefer a 6-digit code though, and the instructions need to be re-written to make it clearer. Upgrading to a 3-star.

Solid app! I can check my balances, make transfers between accounts (with PC:CU) instantly in-app and make payments to people generally worry free. Using this app gives me little to no grief except for the occassional maintenance they have on their service which they message you ahead of time anyway. Only improvement I want to see is to upgrade the app icon image to Google's current standard. It looks outdated with empty space in its frame. Otherwise, does what I need and does it well.

Atm this app for a major, important app for a bank is disgusting, it's very slow if it loads at all, over a week now and still no better. 🤬 This is an everyday used app by thousands of people, its banking! We need it to function. No cache clean or reinstall fixes it. Time for bank change after 20 plus years, this isn't good enough, issues and down for so long just isn't right, not good enough at all. 🤬
