Best move from "big 4" bank app. I recently moved from a big 4 bank i had been with my whole working life. Looking for a simple app where I could speak to a person if I came across issues. The app is great, simple and attractive with no problems. There were real people i could easily access when I needed support to set up. Highly recommend the app and the bank

If like to see a withdrawal update on my screen like a normal bank to know what I'm actually saving. Having the money seen just as a lump sum at the top of the screen I have to keep remembering where I was up to, and who has a memory for that!

Leaving Bank Australia over GrapheneOS incompatibility. Blocking privacy-hardened Android isn't "security," it's vendor lock-in. GrapheneOS uses hardware attestation (StrongBox) & verified boot, making it safer than stock Android. Your Play Integrity checks reject it for lacking Google Services, not failing real integrity tests. Fix: migrate to Android KeyAttest instead of legacy SafetyNet. Moving my loyalty elsewhere.
