Best move from "big 4" bank app. I recently moved from a big 4 bank i had been with my whole working life. Looking for a simple app where I could speak to a person if I came across issues. The app is great, simple and attractive with no problems. There were real people i could easily access when I needed support to set up. Highly recommend the app and the bank

Easy to use and find the information I've needed. I love that all my accounts are on the one statement that begins the 1st of each month. Customer service has been easy to contact and extremely helpful with useful advice. I have old accounts with BOQ (their website has to be the worst I've experienced) and CBA but Bank Australia's website and app is easily the best. The only improvement I could suggest is being able to change the transfer limit more easily for larger one off payments.

Generally good, but would be better to have accounts (on the home screen) vertical instead of having to scroll horizontally, wastes vertical space saying Good evening/etc., the notifications requiring your mobile number isn't good, some UI doesn't scale properly with text larger than default, still relies in the VIP access app for some tasks (doesn't use Passkey authentication), but the main reason to love it is this bank doesn't support fossil fuels, and it's member (customer) owned!
