A few things to remember

• The app will auto log out after five minutes of no activity.
• Contact Bank Australia immediately if you’ve lost your device or feel that someone may know your login details.
• Please check the BSB and account number or PayID details carefully.
Bank Australia does not verify or confirm that the details you provided are correct, or that the account name and number or PayID match.
If the details are incorrect you could be paying the wrong account and you may not be able to get your money back.

Ratings and reviews

Very very rarely have any problems at all with Bank Australia and the ones I do are usually operator initiated and they've got a really good, clean, smooth, straight forward and easy to use app here.. is definitely probably my top face out of the 5 total banks I have accounts with, 2 of them in the big 4 as well. Definitely reccomend the bank but it's all for sure is wicked to use..

App for banking services is great. Widget allows for quick glance of balances without opening. Only issue is notifications. Push notifications don't work and email notifications take (many) hours.

App layout is great, easy to navigate, being able to add tags to payments afterwards for categorizing transactions would be useful (allow us to see extended description if tap on a description which is too many character to show, or if I add a description add it at the front of the full transaction details so it not cut off). Edit: Transaction are dated by when they clear rather than when they happen, which can be confusing for backtracking. 4* lowered to 3*
