About this app

Step into the Viking age with Futhark, your complete guide to ancient runes.

Translate: Write English in five runic alphabets: the Elder Futhark, Younger Futhark, Short-Twig runes, the Anglo-Saxon Futhorc and medieval runes. You can also read runes back into English. Many runes were carved in more than one way, so choose the form you like.

Learn: Master every rune with lessons, flashcards, quizzes and rune tracing. Earn a mastery seal for each rune and keep a daily streak going.

Divine: Draw a Rune of the Day, cast runes in different spreads and keep a journal of your readings.

Tattoo Studio: Design rune tattoos and bindrunes with templates, line styles and inks. Print true-size stencils for your artist, and try a design on your skin (Beta).

Everywhere: Type runes in any app with the Futhark keyboard. Put your Rune of the Day on your home screen with the widget, and touch and hold the Futhark icon to jump straight to Rune of the Day or Cast Runes. Your progress, favorites, readings and designs are backed up to your Google account, and you can export them to move to a new phone.

Whether you’re drawn to Norse history, mythology or a meaningful design, Futhark is your gateway to the runes.

Some features require Futhark Pro, a one-time purchase.

Essentially useless. The keyboard sits all the way at the bottom of the screen and the navigation and gesture buttons get in the way. this would be perfect if not for that one defect that makes it unusable without a bunch of extra work. even the Gboard sits high enough to not overlap with the nav bar. would pay for this if that was fixed.

sketchy, enabling this will allow app to record CCs/passwords. was what I was looking for but too dangerous to risk it.

I never had ads before, what a shame another good app destroyed by greed. the bloody app won't even connect to the playstore so I can remove the stupid ads.
