Horrible customer service - no response at all. My 6 year old daughter had accidently downloaded and subscribed to their ridiculous weekly subscription of $89.99 - $109 twice in May. This is an insane price for an app like this. I tried reaching out to Google for a refund the same day this app was installed and had no luck, so I emailed the developer (as Google Help suggested). It's been over a month, and there have been several emails, yet there has been no response! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

You all have a very good scheme going on here. A child tries the app and of course, they don't understand that they have to cancel before the 3rd day or be charged a whopping $89.99 a week. My question is what the heck do you have in this app that's worth $89.99 a week? When I tried to cancel, I was offered a new price if I would reconsider. Don't laugh. They offered me a 3-day trial for $99.99 a week if I would reconsider. I fail to see the issue. This app should be shut down and banned

When I opened one It said unlock so I pushed it put I had to pay $89.99 for a week and i want to save my money so if you want to save money dont download this app.
