My game glatching will not let watch video for prints. can you fix this problem please.

This game used to be great but it now has so many bugs. It will not let me watch videos for staff or reward ads, it is blanked out so won't even let me press to watch. I have deleted and downloaded multiple times but still the same.

game starts ok. not at all what I was expecting. this is not as much one of those kitchen games as it is a puzzle game. very repetitive and not really fun when you have to restart each time. the. the ads kick in and it's completely unplayable.
