About Background Recording:
Dr. Mirai continues recording consultation audio even when the screen is locked or when switching to other apps (e.g., electronic medical records) during a consultation.
During recording, a constantly displayed notification includes the app icon, "Recording," and a "Open Recorder" button.
You can return to the app and stop recording at any time by tapping the notification or the "Open Recorder" button.
Recording only begins when the user explicitly taps the record button.

This feature requires the Android foreground service microphone permission (FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MICROPHONE).
