there will be almost no support as my experience when you face problematic food and call them they just gonna say they will get back to, which is tge way they dich the people, onthe otherHAND the charge you like you never seen in turky like a percentage of the price which is about 300_1000 per order a ridiculous price. The only benefit is they have luxury restaurants in their app, which not all the other apps have. im sure if they carry on like this,there will be a nice alternative for them soon

Bad UI, far worse than its competitors despite it being the "luxurious" one. The app also feels a bit chunky and not every tap registers as fast as you'd expect. It doesn't have any restaurants available for me in Bursa even though some of my previous purchases through other apps included Fuudy's name, be it during calls or messages. Overall a bad experience from an app that refers to itself as "luxurious".

A very bad app. Some restaurants only have one thing on their menu & others have a lot of the things missing. In addition when you click on a picture of a certain item, the whole app goes white.
