Bad UI, far worse than its competitors despite it being the "luxurious" one. The app also feels a bit chunky and not every tap registers as fast as you'd expect. It doesn't have any restaurants available for me in Bursa even though some of my previous purchases through other apps included Fuudy's name, be it during calls or messages. Overall a bad experience from an app that refers to itself as "luxurious".

A very bad app. Some restaurants only have one thing on their menu & others have a lot of the things missing. In addition when you click on a picture of a certain item, the whole app goes white.

It couldn't be worse than that. I ordered at 7pm they send me an email on 11pm that we delivered your food but I didn't get any food. Where is my food now ??? Nobody is answering me where is my foo? I waited for 4 hours they didn't even call me once!!! Who they delivered to then? Awful app very inconvenient ugly design app and awful function and now this is the delivery. They wrote in their Google profile that we are open 24hours but when I called Nobody is answering.
